About the RAA and RASF:
The Carleton University Research Achievement Awards (RAA) and the Research Award – Seed Funding (RASF) are administered by the Office of the Vice-President (Research, Innovation and International) in accordance with the terms and conditions defined in the May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2028 C.U.A.S.A. Collective Agreement (Article 41.2 and 41.3).
Research Achievement Awards (Article 41.2)
- Purpose: Recognize outstanding research achievements.
- Eligibility: CUASA Faculty Members only. NOTE: Award recipients will be eligible to apply for the same award in the Fall term of the seventh (7th) year following the year in which the previous award was received. I.e. If you received an RAA in 2019 or later (ie applied in fall 2018 or later) you are not yet eligible to reapply.
- Annual Number of Awards: 5
- Value: $15,000 CAD
- Application Deadline: October 31 at 11:59PM
