Chene Redwood

Program Coordinator

Chene Redwood is the Program Coordinator at the Centre for Studies on Poverty and Social Citizenship (CSPSC). He is a researcher and program manager with extensive experience leading policy research, workforce development, and educational initiatives in Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. He holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Calgary, where his research examined the impact of employer hiring decisions on the labour market integration and social citizenship of immigrants. Chene has expertise in research design, program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, curriculum development, and grant writing, bringing a collaborative and impact-focused approach to academic and community projects.
