Sponsored by Carleton University and the University of Ottawa, NASSR 2017 will meet in downtown Ottawa, Canada’s capital, at the Delta Ottawa City Centre, from August 10-13, 2017. This year’s conference is organized by Lauren Gillingham (University of Ottawa) and Julie Murray (Carleton University), and its theme is “Romantic Life”.
Carleton graduate students Bridgette Brown, Kim Sigouin, and Jenna Herdman will participate in a panel discussion (Humanitarianism and Non-human Life) moderated by Professor Murray.
