Biography
Gloria is a Ph.D. candidate in the Ethics and Public Affairs program. Her doctoral research aims to explain how the public reasons and values underlying basic income proposals may impact policy implementation and outcomes on the ground.
Gloria has also participated in research projects on development ethics, just transitions in climate change, and participatory-action research. Outside academia, Gloria has experience working on social impact in higher education, social entrepreneurship, business ethics, and racial justice.
