What is it?

An Addendum (plural: Addenda) is a written change, addition, alteration, correction, or revision to an open competitive procurement (RFx) after it has been publicly posted and before respondents’ submissions are received.

Why is it important?

Changes may be made to an RFx after it has been issued and before the deadline to submit responses using an official Addendum only. Any new information not provided to vendors through an Addendum is not part of your RFx.
