What is it?
Open Competitive Procurement (RFx) respondents may request a Debrief related to their RFx proposal submission within 60 days of a public notice that a Contract has been awarded. The Procurement Services staff member who facilitated the RFx process will meet each respondent who made such a request individually to provide feedback on the respondent’s proposal.
Why is it important?
The Debrief process helps vendors understand where they may have improved, and allows them the opportunity to submit stronger proposals in the future.
