What is it?
A Vendor is an individual or entity purchasing products from manufacturers and selling them directly to consumers. Vendors are any party who conducts business with Carleton University.
Why is it important?
Having healthy relationships with Vendors can promote a collaborative environment and improve the customer service experience for faculty and staff. By having strong relationships, Vendors better understand the university’s needs and have the tools to ensure that the goods and services they provide to the university are of high quality and delivered on time.
