FASS Undergraduate Research Day

When: Monday, March 23, 3:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Do you have a research or presentation topic related to Healthy Cities?  (e.g., Sustainability in the City; Mental Health in the City; Youth in the City; Aging in the City; History and the City; Transportation in the City; Architecture in the City; Art in the City; Indigeneity in the City; Gender and the City; Race in the City; etc).

Come and share your research with your peers, your professors and the Ottawa community.


Schedule for the afternoon:

  • Registration and poster viewing:  3:30-4:15 p.m. (Posters presented by FYSM classes in FASS and students from Architecture)
  • Oral Presentations (5 minutes max, with 1 power point slide):  4:30-6:00 p.m.
  • Reception and networking event:  6:00-7:00 p.m.

Students interested in giving an oral presentation on their research need to submit a 150 abstract, along with the name of their faculty supervisor or instructor by Feb 24, 2020.

Presentations open to all Carleton Undergraduate students, with research relating to Healthy Cities. Please fill out the form to submit your application.
