Project Timelines

The following project timelines are estimates only: actual time may vary depending on the project and our availability. Project start times and milestones will be determined once all final material has been provided and the project scope has been determined.

The estimated delivery time is for design work only; it does not include printing or mailing. Print times can vary depending on The Print Shop work schedules. Please contact The Print Shop for their timeline estimates.

Important Note:

Our services are available during regular business hours on a first-come first-served basis. (After-hours requests will be considered depending on availability.) We will do our best to accommodate all requests. The academic unit is responsible for providing error-free content prior to printing. FPA is not responsible for the cost of reprinting in the case of an error provided by the academic unit.

Prior to submitting a project request, please ensure the following:

  • Your written copy has been proofed and approved by your key stakeholders
  • Your copy is supplied in a Word document
  • Your copy is provided in sentence-case
  • Any images you supply for print are high-resolution (at least 300 DPI)
  • For ads, please include the ad specifications

FPA Events Bulletin Publishing Policy

The FPA events bulletin was created to promote events related to the academic work of the Faculty of Public Affairs.

Submissions may be made by employees and students of the Faculty of Public Affairs for events relevant to multiple audiences within the Faculty of Public Affairs.

Submissions are included at the discretion of the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Public Affairs.

The bulletin is sent to FPA faculty, staff, contract instructors, students, and the Carleton executive on the last Friday of the month.
