Adjusting to Life After Lockdown: Changes and Challenges

October 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Location:Zoom
Audience:Current Students

We’re all getting used to a new reality as we enter our second academic year after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We may be out and about a little more, but there are still many COVID protocols in place and we are still uncertain about what the future holds.

Dealing with the transition to this stage in the pandemic while also navigating graduate school is not easy, so it’s important to maintain good mental health. Join Carleton’s grad-focused counsellor, Magda Georgescu, from Health and Counselling Services for a discussion about how we can all build resilience to get through this challenging time.

All graduate students and postdocs are welcome. If you are a TA, this session can count toward voluntary paid training hours, provided that you are working as a TA in the term when the training takes place.
