The Editing Process

Description:

This workshop provides participants with an overview of the editing process, including a breakdown of the steps editors take to evaluate and revise documents. The overview is followed by a demonstration of how these steps are implemented to edit a sample article to improve its structure, coherence, flow, and accessibility.

• Review best practices followed by editors
