Workshop Description
The Tri-Agency (CIHR, NSERC and SSHRC) has composed a Statement of Principles on Digital Data Management which states that “high-quality data management is fundamental to research excellence.” Thus, it is important for researchers to understand what is meant by Research Data Management (RDM). This workshop will give participants an overview of RDM and explain how they will benefit from it. This workshop is intended for anyone who will be doing research and collecting data, either quantitative or qualitative.

(2) Relate your research to a process known as a Research Data Management Plan (RDMP)
