Fierce Conversations is a workshop series that focuses on improving workplace communication – particularly during what are often considered to be difficult conversations. The aim is to promote respect, honesty and accountability in ourselves, our teams, and our organization as a whole. The workshop series covers: the foundational principles, team, coaching, delegation and confrontation conversations.
These workshops will take place virtually over a series of two hour sessions throughout the month of November.
