Alexis is a researcher and activist for the human rights of migrants and refugees, he has over 10 years of experience in published research and action research with centers such as IDEA at the University of Santiago de Chile and the NGO INFOMIGRA. He has also worked on projects with local institutions and the Chilean State. He has completed courses with international institutions: UNAM in Mexico, the OAS and CLACSO-COES.
