Following the release of new rules to govern their use in Canada and high-profile incidents in the United Kingdom, a Carleton expert is available to discuss drones.

Laliberté’s research focuses on novel aircraft structures; composite materials and hybrids; and next-generation air vehicle concepts such as uninhabited aerial vehicles and micro-aerial vehicles. His recent work has included projects on fibre metal laminate processing, micro-aerial vehicle structures and the qualification of primary composite airframe structures.
