World Space Week takes place from Oct. 4 to Oct. 10 and Carleton experts are available to discuss related topics, including the search for dark matter and aerospace.

Stolarski is available to discuss dark matter.

A faculty member of Carleton’s Theoretical Particle Physics Group, Stolarski studies physics beyond the Standard Model – with his recent work focused on phenomenology at the Large Hadron Collider. He has worked on building particle physics models and his research interests include cosmology and dark matter.

Huang has more than 10 years of industrial experience in aerospace manufacturing process development and electronics manufacturing, as well as production and resource planning.  She has leveraged her knowledge to establish world-class research in advanced aerospace materials and manufacturing process development. Huang’s current research areas include metal additive manufacturing, gas turbine component repair and overhaul, polymer and ceramic-based composite material design and assessment, and gas turbine coating development and life prediction, as well as anti-icing systems for aircrafts.

Huang is available for interviews from Oct. 4 to Oct. 6.
