My research focuses on the dynamic process of maintaining growth and satisfaction in intimate relationships. My current research explores how couple members navigate challenges (e.g., non-supportive communication) while planning shared leisure activities. Ultimately, I hope to incorporate my research findings to an applied setting as I pursue a career in clinical or counselling psychology.
