Dr. Diana Leat, world-renowned philanthropy researcher, based in Scotland, presents arguments for and against foundations spending down, drawing on her experience as a trustee of the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Foundation. Dr. Leat has written extensively on philanthropy and foundations, and held many international visiting posts, including at the Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies.
