The Canadian Alliance for Community Service-Learning (CACSL) moved from the University of Guelph to Carleton’s campus over the summer, marking a new and significant partnership with the university. The national office will collaborate with Carleton’s research and public policy initiatives. In addition, the office move increases the group’s access to and potential partnerships with national non-profit and government sectors.

CACSL envisions students, educators and communities building partnerships to learn from each other while working together in innovative ways to strengthen individuals, communities and society. It works with educational institutions and communities across Canada and acts as a clearinghouse and knowledge exchange for research, tools and resources, and information related to community service-learning.
