Temporary Rideau River Pedestrian Bridge Closure
Please be advised that the City of Ottawa will temporarily close the Rideau River Pedestrian Bridge from July 6 through 13, 2026, so crews can perform necessary work. Sections of the pedestrian pathways on Carleton’s campus near the bridge will also temporarily close as City crews will need access from our campus. Please respect all traffic, pedestrian signs and barricades. Thank you for your cooperation.
