The Mitacs Elevate and Accelerate Industrial Postdoctoral programs leverage funding from industry partners to provide salaries for Postdoctoral Fellows, as well as opportunities to work with industry sponsors and receive instructor-led and on-line training in key professional skills.

The Industry Partnership Services team at Carleton University has been working closely with Mitacs to increase the number of awards received by Carleton graduate students and Postdoctoral Fellows. For example, we have nearly doubled the number of internship units awarded this year—we are on track for over 200 awards compared to roughly 100 awards last year.
