Harper Chaisson (She/Her)

Harper completed her B.Sc. Honours degree at Carleton University, where she first became involved with the PRISM lab as a volunteer, eventually completing her undergraduate thesis under the supervision of Dr. Luther.

Currently, Harper is a master’s student passionate about understanding the social and cognitive factors that shape investigative interviews and their outcomes. Specifically, her research interests include information elicitation techniques, false confessions, and perceptions of victim credibility. By advancing knowledge in this field, Harper aims to contribute to the development of more ethical and effective interviewing practices.
