Short Bio

I am an Assistant Professor at Carleton University in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering.

I graduated with a Ph.D. in Computer Science in the area of information visualization from the Interactions Lab at the University of Calgary in December 2018. During my Ph.D., I was awarded the Ward of 21st Century Health Services Research Scholarship and as the data visualization researcher, I collaborated in designing the first patient-centred care planning tool in Alberta.

Before joining Carleton, I was a postdoctoral fellow at McGill University from January 2019; I was awarded the postdoctoral scholarship from Fonds de la Recherche du Quebec Santé (FRQS) 2020, where I was ranked 4th amongst all postdoctoral applicants in the province of Quebec.
