Armin Lotfy

Armin is an electrical engineer and researcher specializing in reinforcement learning and AI-driven systems. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carleton University in 2025. His work focuses on building intelligent, data-driven solutions that combine deep learning, reinforcement learning, and modern software engineering practices to design adaptive control and optimization frameworks.
