Chantal Trudel and Mojtaba Ahmadi, READi co-applicants and professors in the school of Industrial Design and Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, respectively, have been featured by Carleton Research for the work they are doing in the face of the pandemic. Trudel’s research examines the design of long term care facilities to improve health and safety. Ahmadi is developing a robot which will allow doctors to assess patients with COVID-19 remotely.
