In the same week as his convocation from the first cohort of Carleton’s graduate diploma in Indigenous Policy and Administration (IPA), Chief Darcy Gray was elected chief of Listuguj First Nation. He is working to have the Peace and Friendship Treaties of 1760-61 recognized and to create financial independence in his community.
