Every year, the Carleton community honours Remembrance Day.

Join President Benoit-Antoine Bacon and the Carleton community on Friday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m. for the in-person Remembrance Day service. Flags will fly at half-mast and wreaths will be placed near the flagpoles.

Date: November 11, 2022
Time: 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Location: The flagpoles on Library Road near the Azrieli Theatre [campus map]

Members of the Carleton community are encouraged to attend and observe a two-minute moment of silence at 11:00 a.m. to honour Canadian soldiers who have served throughout our nation’s history, many paying the ultimate price.

Please note Library Road near the flagpoles will be closed to traffic from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will reopen when the service is completed.

Visit the Remembrance Day web page for more details.
