There will be scheduled disruptions to ITS services for software upgrades on Saturday, June 10, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Students will be unable to access the following services as ITS performs software upgrades.
- Banner/FAST/Carleton Central
- Carleton360
- Achieve / DARS Audit Services
- MyCarletonOne (MC1) Activation & Password Resets
- Banner Document Management (BDM)
- Campus Card Issue, TopUp Deposit to Campus Card, Web Deposits to Campus Card, Payments for Parking Web, Pay & Display and Taxis
- Pinnacle Billing Services
Students may also experience service degradation to the following, during this time:
- Carleton Mobile App
- Ventus
- Public Exam Calendar
Full services will be restored by 9:00 PM.
