Carleton email
  • OVP SE oversees requests for Portal administrative access
  • Email sent must follow guidelines above
  • Email administrators must only send email out to their specific audience(s).
  • Communication sent by email must be owned by the department or sender and not sent on behalf of another department or person or copied from another communication vehicle.
  • Email administrators must not send out email out to students if it is not in regard to University business.

No special access or training required to submit an event however events must be Carleton specific. Please submit events to students.carleton.ca using the submission form.
