18. When is the last day I can retire?

Employees participating in the VRIP must retire in 2025, so the last workday needs to be on or before December 31, 2025.

* Note: if you are a faculty member who has received an email from the Department of Human Resources indicating that you are eligible for the VRIP, and you have already received approval for an upcoming sabbatical, please contact the Provost at provost@carleton.ca to confirm your eligibility for the VRIP.
