Prof. Chris Smelser, an APClab Faculty member from the School of Information Technology attended Photonics West in San Francisco this January to present a paper on Second harmonic generation in multilayered glass structures; and Jacques attended Europtrode 2018 at the end of March in Naples to present an invited talk on fiber optic biochemical sensors, after giving a seminar at the Politecnico di Torino, also in Italy, on the same topic.
