Ratified Agreement between Carleton and CUPE 4600 (Unit 1)
Carleton University and CUPE Local 4600 Unit 1 representing Teaching Assistants and Research Assistants are pleased to announce a new ratified collective agreement. The new collective agreement is retroactive to September 1, 2025 and will be in place until August 31, 2028.
We would like to thank all members of the bargaining teams for their hard work and extend a special thanks to the chief negotiators for their leadership during the bargaining process.
