Marshall “Marshalla” Atherton (PhD candidate, he/him) is working with Somayeh, Molly, and Lam Research. His primary focus is researching small molecule inhibitors (SMIs) for area-selective ALD. Additionally, he is involved in research on transition metal precursor chemistry.
He continues developing his skills as a synthetic chemist and has expertise in thermal analysis: performing thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry to assess precursor performance.
