Marshall “Marshalla” Atherton (BSc candidate, Nanoscience, he/him) is a 4908 student working with Molly and Lam Research. His primary focus is researching small fluorinated molecules as inhibitors for area-selective ALD. Additionally, he is involved in research on transition metal precursor chemistry.
He is continuing to develop his skills as a synthetic chemist and has expertise in thermal analysis: performing thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry to assess precursor performance.
