Marshall “Marshalla” Atherton (BSc candidate, Nanoscience, he/him) is working with Lara on new molybdenum precursors for ALD and CVD as part of a collaboration between the #BarryLab, Prof. Han-Bo-Ram Lee’s group at Incheon University, and our industrial partner SK Hynix.
He is being trained as a synthetic chemist with expertise in thermal analysis: performing thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry to assess precursor performance.
