Molly “Malderman” Alderman (PhD candidate, she/her) came to Carleton after completing her BSc at the University of Florida, where she worked on molybdenum disulfide precursor synthesis with the McElwee-White group .
Currently, she is working with Lam Research on transition metal precursor chemistry and investigating small molecule inhibitors (SMIs) for area-selective ALD.
