Dr. Basu is a strong advocate of Undergraduate 1-On-1 research training. Academically strong (CGPA> 9 on a 12 point scale) and motivated engineering undergraduate students are welcome to come discuss research topics! Dr. Basu generally takes on:

  • 1 undergraduate student for ENVE/CIVE 4907
  • 1-2 additional students during summer for research activities
  • International undergraduates interested in working with Dr.Basu must apply through the MITACS Globalinks Process

Undergraduate students work with Dr. Basu as either 4th Year Research Projects or as an Undergraduate Research Assistantship, a sample of projects is shown below:
