Scanner Support

Contact the ITS Service Desk for:

  • Initial set-up of the scanner(s); including installation of drivers and specialized scanning software (e.g. ScanAllPro, QuickScanPro, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting communication issues between the scanner and PC. 
  • Assistance with exporting/importing scanner profile settings (where applicable).
  • Assistance with purchasing decisions.

 Contact the BDM Administrator (using JIRA or via a ITS Service Desk ticket) for:

  • BDM impact analysis associated with changes to scanner profile settings (e.g. impact on file sizes in BDM)
