On Friday, Sept. 6, Katsura Sunshine, a Canadian ”Rakugoka” – performer of Japanese comedy Rakugo, will perform at Carleton University.
Sunshine-san as he is often called, is very entertaining in his ways of storytelling in both Japanese and English. His performance at Carleton will be in English.
The event, sponsored by the Japanese Embassy in Ottawa and The Japan Foundation, is free to the Carleton community and general public.
