In April, Pauline Rankin, Associate Vice-President (Research and International), embarked on an academic tour of several universities in the Slovak Republic. Discussions are now underway to develop collaborative research agreements and invesitgate opportunities for student mobility programs in Slovakia and Central Europe. During a jam-packed week, Dr. Rankin visited and met with senior administration at both Comenius University and the University of Economics in Bratislava, Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica, Techinical University in Kosice and the University of Zilina.
