Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute is pleased to announce a Call for Applications from the faculty members/ academics of SICI’s Canadian Member Institutions for Shastri Faculty Collaboration and Internationalization (SFCI) Project Grants.
The SFCI Project is part of SICI’s Canadian Scholars to India (CSI) Program, funded by Global Affairs Canada, the Government of Canada. The CSI Program goal is to improve and diversify Canadian scholars’ short-term academic mobility to India.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
- Applicants must be a full-time faculty member from SICI’s Canadian Member Universities. A list of the Canadian Member Universities is available at this link:(https://www.shastriinstitute.org/canadian-member-institutions)
- Applicants must connect and collaborate with a faculty member of SICI’s Indian Member universities to apply for the SFCI Project grant. A list of SICI’s Indian Member Institutions is available at this link: (https://www.shastriinstitute.org/canadian-member-institutions).
Funding Available
CAD$ 5,000/project for a 2-week visit
