This week’s Charity Insights Canada Project report explores professional development within Canadian charities, drawing on responses from charitable organizations across Canada. The report examines how charities invest in and access professional development for staff and leadership, the barriers they face, and how these opportunities contribute to organizational effectiveness, staff retention, and long-term sustainability.
