Perry Steckly, the Executive Director of NC-CIPSeR is the champion for this team. He volunteers with Canada Blood Services and is a donor. He has heard many heart wrenching stories that inspired donors and has seen the steady unselfish kindness of many. As NC-CIPseR hubs form around the country, the team will expand and and help unify across the country.
