Research to Drive More Inclusive Workplaces

In the Fall of 2019, the Centre for Research and Education on Women and Work (CREWW) became the Centre for Research on Inclusion at Work (CRIW). The name change is to reflect that we are expanding our research scope to focus on inclusion of under-represented populations at work. As part of this transition we are in the process of updating our website. If you are interested in getting involved or knowing more about CRIW’s activities, please subscribe to CRIW’s updates.

The Centre for Research on Inclusion at Work (CRIW) is a research centre at the Sprott School of BusinessCarleton University, focused on conducting and sharing research that advances diversity, equity and inclusion at work.

Our research is focused on work engagement and career progression of marginalized and underrepresented groups, including women, immigrants, visible minorities, and Indigenous individuals, among others.
