Drawing on my research and my own experiences as an immigrant woman of colour, I first reflect on the
lessons learned on my journey through the ranks to a senior administration role in the academic environment.
I then offer advice on successfully circumnavigating the numerous pitfalls on the rocky road to leadership for women in any workplace in Canada.
This is a not-to-be-missed event for students, faculty and members of the public.
