Discounted Parking for Symposium Participants

Symposium attendees may access discounted parking ($11.00 flat rate) using the HotSpot parking system.

The Discount Code: CSPHA2 will start working at 5:00 am on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

To receive the discounted rate:

Use the designated “All Visitor” HotSpot parking link
Enter your license plate number.
Select your time of stay.
Enter the Discount Code: CSPHA2
Confirm that all fields are completed accurately before submitting.

Please ensure that your plate number, duration, and discount code are entered correctly. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a parking ticket.

We recommend validating your parking immediately upon arrival.

Visitors can pay at the pay stations located in visitor lots with credit cards, coins or Campus Card or through the HotSpot mobile App or posted Lot QR Codes.

Accessibility & Tansit

There are four accessible visitor parking spaces in P16 Garage, located near Richcraft Hall.

Accessible parking spaces are also available in all visitor lots.

Public Transit

Public transit service to campus is provided by OC Transpo, including O-Train service to Carleton Station: https://www.octranspo.com/en/ottawa-destinations/carleton-university

Direction

Upon exiting the O-Train at Carleton Station, proceed onto Campus Avenue. Turn right and walk south along Campus Avenue for approximately 2 to 6 minutes. Richcraft Hall will be located on your right-hand side.
