Josh is a Research Engineer at Natural Resources Canada CanmetENERGY – Devon and a PhD student in the Energy & Emissions Research Lab at Carleton University. Josh has over 6 years of industry experience managing fugitive emission surveys at oil sands facilities north of Fort McMurray and is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Josh’s work at EERL includes researching the effects of turbulent crosswinds on flare performance and field measurements supporting the work on flare emissions during flowback operations.
