Dimple Thomas

Dimple Thomas is an Engineering Manager in the Cloud RAN Systems-DevOps group and Theme Driver of Diversity and Inclusion at Ericsson; a global leader in providing mobile communication solutions. She graduated with Honours from McMaster University in a bachelor’s of Mechatronics Engineering.

Dimple currently manages a team of engineers responsible for systemizing and verifying End-2-End Radio Access Network requirements on Cloud Native architecture, leveraging telemetry and the power of open-source AI/ML tools to derive business insights.

She is also the theme driver of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in Ottawa such as high school & university outreach, liaising with employee resource groups (ERGs), spreading awareness, and creating diverse and inclusive workspaces.
