eShop Tools, Support and Training: Online tools

As the ‘eshop: June 30th is coming!” notices make their way through the Carleton community, people naturally have many questions.  In this series of tips, I am sharing answers to the most commonly asked questions.

Question #2: I prefer online tools.  What is available for eShop?

The following are all available online:

  1. User Guide: Provides step-by-step instructions with screen captures for getting started with eShop.  The best place to start.
  2. Videos: Provides short how-to videos.  Much of the user guide topics are covered in the videos, with a few additional topics.
  3. Frequently Asked Questions: Answers to many of the questions that I have received since eShop went live in October 2015.
