An Independent Contractor Questionnaire must be submitted through eShop before a contract is signed or work begins.  Accounts Payable uses this questionnaire to determine whether a worker is a Carleton employee or a self-employed individual (i.e. independent contractor). 

Time Saving Tip: Always check whether an independent contractor is already in eShop before you submit a questionnaire.
