What is it?
Prior to June 30, 2016, paper forms called Internal Charge Back (ICB) were used internally to pay internal service providers. With the introduction of eShop, Carleton’s online procurement system, customized ‘Internal Service Provider Forms’ are now used to pay a University department that sells goods or services (i.e. paper ICB forms have been retired).
Many of the internal service providers have already been incorporated into eShop.
